Host a great event at a venue that folks can literally sit back and relax in. Whether birthday parties (where you can watch a movie up on the big screen), fundraising events, or something else, the State can provide you with an event that folks won’t soon forget.
Birthday Parties
- $350.00 rental
- Includes a small popcorn for up to 20 children – any additional concessions are charged at our normal rates.
- Invite as many as 200 people!
- Bring your own DVD or Blu-ray
- Available Saturday or Sunday mornings – 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, or Saturday or Sunday afternoons from 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM (based on availability)
Host An Event – Commercial
2.5 to 3 hours total, incl. set-up, tear-down, vacate
- Monday to Wednesday Afternoon – 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours) — $350
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday morning – 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (3 hours) — $350
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday afternoon – 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM (2.5 hours) — $350
Host An Event – Nonprofit
2.5 to 3 hours total, incl. set-up, tear-down, vacate
- Monday to Wednesday Afternoon – 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours) — $250
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday morning – 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (3 hours) — $250
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday afternoon – 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM (2.5 hours) — $250
Extra Fees
- Projectionist to play DVD or Blu-Ray (supplied by USER) — No extra charge
- Copyright Fee for Film Exhibition — cost (typically $300.00) if advertising publically
- Trash Fee for over 75 people — $75
- Marquee Posting (South Side only, on the day of the event) – $100.00
